Reliance Jio to offer Cloud and other enterprise services soon
In a separate news, Reliance Jio is planning to launch Cloud and other enterprise services soon in India. A Business Line report says that the company has even conducted a soft launch of the services and commercial launch is on the cards.
“RJio is in the final phases of testing its enterprise offering, which is the definite logical step in its growth path. With most of the infrastructure, including optical fibre cables (OFC), towers and data centres, in place, it’s only a matter of time before the services go live,” Business Line cited a source.
Under the enterprises services, Jio is expected to offer unified communications, Multiprotocol Label Switching networks, Internet Protocol-Virtual Private Networks, cloud services and managed video-conferencing among others.
